Heath Ledger as the Joker.

Ron Perlman's Hellboy comes in a close second.

Although completely different from the actual character from the comics, Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman was fantastic. She also has one of my favorite lines from a movie. "It's the so called normal guys that always let you down. Sickos never scare me. At least they're committed."

Ledger's a given.

Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Two-Face made me a proud Two-Face geek.

Tom Hiddleston was amazing as Loki in my opinion. He was my favorite and most gripping villain in a Marvel film yet.
