The Walking Dead Weekly #53???

Hey guys/ladies

Ive been buying and reading The Walking Dead weekly comics, i have the latest issue #52 but cant seem to find #53 on any sites, I've been buying from forbiddenplanet.com but they don't seem to have any future issues available to pre-order? Any help or info is much appreciated!

Thats it... there is no 53... it was something they did for a year. Now you need to start getting the regular series starting with #53

Although that's rather daft to stop releasing them at #52. I mean isn't the original prints up in the 90's somewhere? It's gonna be near impossible for me to track down the first prints, just searched ebay for #53 with no luck at all...

Guess I'm gonna have to! Would have preferred to have them all individually though...

word... maybe Kirkman will decided to keep Weekly going... but as of now, it was only a year deal to get more people interested

I'd keep checking ebay. People dump their lots from time to time. Especially if they upgrade to hardcovers. But who knows maybe they'll bring back the weekly book after the book hits 104.

Was it made clear in the first book that it was a one-year thing? I'd feel like a fool if I had collected them and was suddenly cut off. Really sucks that those readers don't even get the joy of meeting Handlebar Mustache Guy.

I've got issues 67 to current. But I also pick up the trades for re-reading purposes. So I'd be willing to part with the singles if you interested. Send me a PM. Then you'd have less to track down.
