Verizon and AMC are currently in negotiations, Verizon might drop them. AMC is asking for support on the issue... I have sent an email letting verizon know I will not be using their services without AMC. Here is a copy and paste from the email AMC sent me with all the Verizon head honchos contact information.

Wtf is it with AMC??

I never see any others networks doing this shit constantly..It'd be nice if Oprah's shit got dropped.

you have to wonder, with this being the SECOND carrier to drop AMC, if the problem is not on AMC's side of things

they could be askin for alot of money since they have the biggest show on tv, i feel like amc is gonna become a premium channel in the future

AMC is treated like a low budget cable network like the natgeo channel by the big dogs. AMC thinks they deserve a bigger cut of the pie because of the viewership they are getting, and they are right. They want to be treated more like a network than the sci fi channel... they want to be treated like MTV is from what I understand. Its about money. I for one think AMC is right... they have the audience to support the demand.

Me too. Cripes, it's the only network putting out watchable TV these days. They deserve some respect, and I give them props for having the balls to stand up to the big guys.

yea but the more they do that the more services are gonna drop them, and i dont think breaking bad and walking dead alone can have them survive as a premium channel
