The Joe Hill book Horns is pretty good. His first book Heart Shaped Box is cheepy as hell and a little bit better I thought though.

I've read and liked Heart Shaped Box. It wasn't something I'd put in my top books of all time, but I was really entertained by it.

I started A Song of Fire and Ice series the other day. Ive been so busy I am only like 80 pages in. It is really good so far. I can't wait to actually start it. With comics and my school work I can't find the time to read anymore. It sucks.

Thinking about picking this up, because I've heard great things about Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I haven't heard anything about Abreham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Has anyone here ever read anything by the author?

About time you read some McCourt !!! While I was gone I finished Post Office, Ham On Rye, Hot Water Music and three Elmore Leonard novels. Post office was easily the best of the Bukowski books.. I'm a huge Bukowski fan now.

Fuck yeah, everyone should read Post Office. I dunno if I would've read it if I started with Ham on Rye (I thought the latter was meh).

As far as Angela's Ashes, I'm almost done - I've had a pitifully small amount of reading time lately and I'll post my final thoughts soon. In short, I really like the story and language, but I'm constantly vexed as shit by the punctuation and complete lack of quotation marks.

As you may have saw in my earlier post, I have an ass ton of books on my to-read pile right now. I'm fuckin' stoked to work through them. :geek:
