I never saw twin Peaks growing up. I know the premise and the weird ending.

On that note if I watch it now would it still hold up?

Ill give it a binge watch if ppl say it still holds up.

a lot of people i know loved it. i hated it. guess you will have to see for yourself. if you already got access to it (perhaps its on netflix ? some other service you already got a subscription to ? i really dont know) you could give the first few episodes a try to see if its something for you or not.

Definitely give Twin Peaks a try, for me it holds up, and I first saw it in the 2000s anyway. The second season has some filler-y stuff in the middle when David Lynch wasn't around though, which you could skip to the end of if you aren't into.

Also in general if you're a David Lynch fan, you'll know and want more. So check out his movies like Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, and Mulholland Drive, those are great and similar in a lot of ways. This new Twin Peaks show is amazing so far, really really wild stuff. It's like a mix of all those movies I just mentioned and the original show. Really out there stuff, done in the great way that only Lynch can do.

I love twin peaks but haven't seen the new series yet but the old show deff holds up, I wouldn't even really call it that weird. I watched fire walk with me the other day for the first time, don't know why it took me this long, but that movie is deff mad David lynch, he deff toned the weirdness down for the tv show which makes me enjoy it more. I like weird stuff but sometimes I feel like his weirdness is forced and comes off as smug to me, I hated eraserhead
