Yes. All Europeans are easy to please. That must be it.

That must be because they speak European. It's a pretty funny language, with all these funny non-English sounds, so they must be laughing all the time.

Also, American comics without super-heroes do not exist, and all Japanese comics without exception look like Naruto.

I am European, German, and dont like european comics as well. I find them boring too. Not the art, sometimes they look supercool. And we can do more with our language, i believe. How does it sound to you, like Klingon, lol?

Back to the movies: I saw The other guys again, and i laughed so hard i had to turn it off for a minute because i couldnt see anymore through my tears. Its the funniest movie since Life of Brian.

Not sure I'd go that far but the lion-tuna conversation nearly killed me.

Me killed by the hole movie. Espacially the small gags. For example: Where Will Farrel wanted to hug Mark Wahlberg in the bar, and he refused, i was rolling on the floor. Or how they discussed Star Wars while lying on the ground after the explosion. And all the rage from Marky Mark against everyone...

I recently saw Tactical Force with Stone Cold Steve Austin. I really love him as a Wrestler and entertainer, he is my favorite. But this movie sucked big time. It was so horrible, that it was fun to watch how bad it was. Everyone in it for bad movies? Then you got one. I loved The Condemned and even Damage, and i like how he acts (like he is playing himself, thats enough for me) but damn how could he do this movie?

Not seen that one. Condemned and Damage were great. Hunt to Kill was fun. He was great in Expendables. I'd like to see this just to see how bad it was.

Hunt to kill was okay, but the Special effects werent great. Did you see Recoil or Knockout? Or, if you are a wrestling fan, House of the rising sun, with Batista?

I've seen NONE of those. :(

Only Batista movie I've seen is Wrong Side of Town with Rob van Dam. That was... interesting

I just watched 3 movies:

1. Never Let Me Go (2010): I saw this at my local used bookstore for $3 and thought, "A dystopian sci-fi flick about humans being harvested for their organs. Sounds awesome." I went home, popped in the DVD, and thirty minutes in the movie I said, "What the bloody fuck is this shit?" It's a movie about a bunch of pasty-faced English kids with bland haircuts sitting around being mopey. I looked online and they actually spent 15 mil to make this garbage. Unbelievable.

2. Essential Killing (2010): I didn't want to watch this but my wife has heard so many good things about this. She wanted to watch it with me and I conceded. I also regretted it. Essential Killing is the second time I watched a Vincent Gallo movie and afterward seriously considered selling my house just so I could have enough money to walk up to Vincent Gallo and slap him hard across the face. The first time was when I watched the idiotic Brown Bunny. That film was basically Vincent Gallo driving and getting a blowjob with only 7 minutes of dialogue out of a 93 minute movie. In this film, Vincent Gallo has even less dialogue and still manages to piss me off.

3. North Face (2008): This was a good flick. It's about German mountain climbers who scale the most dangerous part of the Alps. This German flick was tense. The mountainviews were great. I wonder how the cameraman got those shots. It's cool how they used authentic mountainclimbers for that movie. Recommended.

I just watched Roger Corman's St. Valentines Day Massacre. They put the whole thing in parts on youtube. I'm amazed at how its entertaining and how Corman tried to be as historically accurate as possible. Corman really was a genius with his craft. He could pull off so much with so little. The actors didn't entirely look like the people they portrayed but they really had me believing their performances. Even though it was made in 1967, it doesn't seem a dated movie. It's really good storytelling.
