Supreme 63 was... interesting. Its cool that, as a new reader to Supreme of any sort, I didn't have any trouble sussing out what was going on (though it helps to have a good understanding of traditional super-hero tropes). All the visual references and creativity of Daxia proved to be very fun. I hope Daris Duck has more to do in the near future. He's awesome.
I'd like to see the original Moore script someday, just to see the side by side comparison between script and finished work. I think (fear?) a lot of people are going to react by suggesting that Erik edited the script significantly to make it his own. But based on the subject matter, and how Alan Moore writes when he deals with that subject matter, there isn't a lot of difference between Moore and Larsen's writing when they're in full-on homage/comic-self-awareness mode. Which is pretty much why Erik was the best possible choice for resurrecting Supreme IMO. I rather can't wait to see where the next issue will take us.

The script is DENSE. Erik did a hell of a job with it. I don't envy anyone drawing from one of Moore's scripts.

Not a word was changed. Not a word was added or taken away.
