How long after an issue comes out do we usually have to write for it to be timely and make it into one of the next few issues?

Generally speaking--when the next issue comes out--that's the cutoff. I run letters from two issues back. So, for example, when #179 comes out--it will feature letters for #177.

Hi, I was just curious; I saw on imagecomics.com an add for the upcoming Savage Dragon Ultimate collection vol.1. Is this gonna be available through Amazon.com? Also, how 'bout Savage Dragon vol.12 "Last Rites"?

Hey Erik,

This may seem like a retarded question but how do you want me to write in? I was thinking of trying to get a letter to printed (cause it would be awesome to see my name immortalised in one of my fav books) and I was just wondering if you want it emailed somewhere?

Thanks

Use the email address in the comics. Or--you can PM me.

I guess my letter just sucked

My letter didn't see print either. I guess that means Erik thinks we're dicks.

Just kidding. My letter was probably too long. Maybe he got a lot of letters this month and others seemed more on topic. We can always write again and it's cool just being able to express some appreciation (your letter doesn't have to see print to mean something). Just saying thanks and offering some feedback is what counts. Anyway, I got a single question printed way back so I'm happy. :D

Letters are staggered so that they run two issues off (179 has mail from issue 177) so if you wrote in regarding 178--it'll likely show up in issue 180.

Can I just ask, if we sent in a letter with bad grammar is it corrected or is the letter shown as originally written?

I'll generally fix spelling errors and major gaffs.

when is savage dragon coming out ? 2 months is a long time, man. i assume problems with your house is reason for delay? or health problems? if so i hope everything is cool. i've read savage dragon since '90s mini series. i didn't like dragon not being in the book but want to see what happens next. i also like walking dead luther strode, invincible is badass. imagine what robert could do with superman. guess i'll never know.
