I've always wondered what Summerizer letter writers are thinking. It's like, "dude wrote the book- he knows what happened!" A summery can be nice if a letter writer is about to make a specific point about a specific moment, and the letter reader needs context. But other than that.... I skip the letter. :|

Ancient letters. Generally speaking--if you don't run poems you don't get poems.

I send letters now and then because I like reading the columns, and I was pretty sad to see the empty letter column a bunch of issues back. So I just try to whip up a couple paragraphs and contribute to the continued existence of something I actually like in this world (which is increasingly rare!). I figure any letter that exists is more helpful than one that doesn't. That said, it's tough to find new ways to say "I really like this comic book!"

I'm in the same boat. I don't want to see the letters page go away so I try to do my part, but I'm no Olav Beemer.

Honestly--anything is better than nothing. Getting no response at all is disheartening. It's like nobody cares.

As someone with years of failure under my belt and many unsuccessful creative projects, I know the feeling well!

I started a draft of a letter about 211 but it kind of fell to the wayside. Is it too late to send it in?
