Man I've cut down on active series comic collecting/reading but I'd like know what other Fin Fans are reading these days. Here's my list of monthly (or semi-annual) titles:

Reborn (Only on issue #2 but a very promising book)
Astro City (In my opinion on of the best comic book series in history)
Suicide Squad (Gave it a chance cus I dig Jim Lee's character designs but I have not watched the movie and don't plan to)
JLA (When Hitch was drawing it)
Savage Dragon (will be buying until I croak or its cancelled or Erik croaks)
All-New X-Men (I'm a sucker for Bagley and Hopeless writesit pretty well. Some of the characters are pretty damn lame for an old school reader like me i.e. fem Wolverina er Wolverine, gay Iceman, lets retcon sexuality woohoo!)
Ant (When it comes out)
Empowered (When Adam Warren puts a volume or mini-comic out, one of my all-time favourites)

Saga is one that fans really rave about. I considered getting into it. The Prophet relaunch and subsequent miniseries are ones I'm gonna try to snag back issues of. Whats the Wicked + Divine about other than the wicked and the divine?

Anyone else catch String Divers from Ashley Wood? Thought that mini was pretty cool.

If you haven't yet, Invincible has gotta be the go-to for Dragon fans looking for other stuff with some of these sensibilities and quality.

Another thingy to dive into would be Judge Dredd, the original 2000AD version which is still running in that and Judge Dredd Megazine today! And lots of great Case Files collections etc.

Other than that I'd recommend maybe... Fist of the North Star? Max Mad setting, guy wanders around punching people and making their heads explode.

These days other than the first few mentioned, I don't keep up monthly, I just binge on stuff. I also have to recommend Cobra: The Last Laugh to everyone, forever. Even if you don't consider yourself a GI Joe fan, it stands on it's own right after IDW made a reboot, so you don't need any knowledge to enjoy it. Crazy good neo-noir story about an undercover agent, Chuckles.

Almost all image, as it has been for years.
Savage Dragon; favourite work by my favourite creator.
Invincible: Second only to SD in terms of superhero brilliance. Current Cory Walker art is brilliant.
Walking Dead; Goes through ups and downs but the current arc is the best in years.
Outcast: Sooo Sloooowwwww, writing is excrutiatingly boring but artwork and colours are awesome.
Southern Bastards: Brilliant.
Loose Ends: Hasn't come out yet, but the issues that came out from Boom a few years back were the best looking comics I'd seen in a long time. Chris Brunner and the colourist are genius's.
Autumnlands: Busiek's Kamandi; Fantasy's not my thing but it's phenomenal.
Kill or be Killed: Love Phillip's Artwork and along with the colourist they try something new with every series and this looks like their best work yet.
Lake of Fire: Great premise, lovely art, way to wordy.
Goddamned: Big fan of Scalped but so far this is just mehh.
Moonshine: looks and reads great so far.
LOW : Brilliant.
Rumble: Weird, picking it up mostly for the art.
Trees: same as above but really slow storywise.
Flinstones: Getting this just for Steve Pugh's art but the writing is interesting.
DK3: Picked this up out of nostalgia now picking it up to see if it can possibly get any worse, awful on every level.

I don't read a lot of comics anymore. It's become harder to catch my attention and hold it, but I do read a few books.

Invincible. The closest thing that you will find to Savage Dragon. Great book overall, but it's ending soon.

Walking Dead. Really have enjoyed the last year of this.

All Star Batman. John Romita Jr. drawing Batman. 'Nuff Said.

Reborn. It's Greg Capullo drawing some really interesting things. That's all I need.

Spider-Man. Honestly, I haven't been enjoying this for a little while, but I've been collecting Spider-Man since I was five so it would be hard for me to stop. Especially since I pretty much have every issue out there since the Ditko days.

All the Bendis stuff. I really enjoy his writing, so I tend to buy anything with his name on it.

Was reading Spawn, but dropped it once Erik left.

A few odds and ends, but that's it. I tend to follow creators more than characters at this point. (minus Spider-Man)

All I read these days is Savage Dragon and The Walking Dead. Honestly, nothing else seems to interest me. Savage Dragon embodies, for me at least, the funest and best aspects of comic books of my youth (Jim Shooter's Marvel era).

Any suggestions about other books that fit in the Savage Dragon groove?
