Read it last night... Home run Kurtis. Well done, I'm sold. This is my favorite of your work to date... much appreciated.

Awesome, congrats to Kurtis and Aluisuio! That 2nd printing cover is killer (pun intended, of course)!

Thanks, Euge, I came up with the concept for that cover and Aluisio nailed it!

Been looking forward to this - even more so now.
Will be the first book I read when I get to the store on Sunday.

Finally gave #1 a read-through (about time!). It did a pretty good job of establishing the premise and "rules" of the story. The comedy is definitely filed under black humor. Aluisio's artwork I think is a good fit for the slap-sticky ultra violence. The coloring gets a little disorienting at times, especially in terms of flesh tones, but I really like the look of the book on the whole. I'll definitely be sticking around for Grim Leaper # 2. Interest caught! 8-)

Caught like jaws on a Neganite's crotch?

I like Grim Leaper. It's like Dead Like Me meets Quantum Leap. I figure these two will be smart enough to meet up at that bar if they lose each others' new identity.

Wow, that follows me to *other* forums? Glad you like Grim Leaper! It had a nice start, but I think it has a great deal of potential to grow well beyond what we've already seen. Even though there's the dark humor, I think Kurtis will put a really nice human touch on things as well to tug on our heart strings at least a little tiny bit. :D
