What can be said other than:

A life well lived.
An immortal talent.

His work will live on long after the rest of us are gone.

A sad, sad day for the comics industry world wide.

I recall the 1970s and seeing his work and realizing he was on another level.
At the time I was looking at comics as either superhero or hippy underground - basically a black and white view of comics.
Moebius' work was an expansion not just of my view, but also the potential of what comics / graphic storytelling can do.
There is a lot to be said about Moebius, all of it worthy.

He could do it all sci fi, superheroes, philosophy, westerns, truly an amazing talent.
