Here's a cool one I just stumbled across.

DC cancelled a bunch of titles in the late 1970's. A low print run book called Cancelled Comic Cavalcade (lasting 2 issues) printed a lot of the DC books that didn't previously see print due to cancellation. (Stuff like Showcase #105 and 106, etc). This cover was in one of those books:
