Sorry, I'm going to be that guy and say that I don't think the X-Men and Witchblade ones are not really swipes of Crisis 7. Yes, it's a guy cradling the body of a dead character. But the whole part about the background and people surrounding them just isn't there.

I'm pretty sure that Uncanny X-Men precedes Crisis by five or six years, too.

Yeah, I guerss we have to repeat this EVERY time.

Folks in order for it to be a swipe cover it CAN'T be "similar" (ie; someone holding a dead body)
it has to be EXACT.

I'm going to leave the Witchblade and X-Men covers up to show people what NOT to do.

Look at the DEADPOOL cover, THAT'S a swipe.

Hopefully, everyone can see the difference.
