He's totally doing a Brad Pitt as the Doctor in the first Ocean's Eleven where he has the funny getup. It reminds me of the Beastie Boys a little too.

Gladstone's School for World Conquerors Issue 5 is out tomorrow and it all heats up here.

A cool thing this week is that I got a pinup in from an artist I love, and that I'm going to work with in the future. It was really cool to see the character drawn in his style. I'm going to post it up when it's finished.

If you can please get vocal on twitter and the forums about Gladstone's. I've been putting the twitter link into the issues in the hopes that people will repost about it. I'm thinking about a teaser with Martian Jones, that reads "You don't Conquer the Galaxy without the help of a few friends", and it's kind of a parody of the facebook movie, that runs in each issue and encourages people to share and talk up the book to their friends.

I can't wait for the first trade to come out because most of the issues are selling out, and hard to get a hold of. I think with issue #7 out the same day as the trade it should give us a great boost.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy issue 5, and 6 is better.

Issue 5 was single-handedly the most fun I've had with a comic in a LOOOOONG time. the facial expressions on our team, the exclamations expressed so vividly across our "teams" faces were perfect. I was laughing out loud.... Sheesh I can't remember the last time I was pointing out comic book panels to my wife, or even if i've ever done it before. But I HAD to show what was happening to Ghost Girls as their craft was descending, that bit too quickly & those panels with the parents not doing to well, brilliant.

This was panel after panel perfection.... I'm sorry but.... WOW.... I can't wait until this storyline's finale.

Thanks Paul, it's been building up to this big battle. The next issue is great because each character has different attacks that we haven't seen yet, and some of them they're trying out for the first time. In issue 6 we get to see some of what they can actually do and it's cool.
