This week I have.....

Invincible #85 - glad they are getting this back and track and adding a two part story from Cory Walker to make it happen. Honestly, if I had to read just one superhero comic there is no doubt in my mind that this would be the book.

Scalped #54 - there are only 6 issues after this one and everything is getting real. Love seeing Lincoln come to the forfront in an unexpected way in this story arc.

Teen Titans #3 - this has been one of the best new books of the New 52. I love Brett Booth's art, sucker for the old school Image guys, and the development of the story is fresh and interesting. This feels like when Scott Lobdell was at his height on his X-Men run back in the day.

Maybe....

Wolverine and the X-Men #2 - the first issue was funny and well paced and the art by Bachalo is just amazing. I will flip through the book and decide what to do because I have a feeling this will be one of those books that gets drug into every single X-Men crossover and event...

It's going to be a good week for me:

Aquaman #3 - a surprise to me how much I have been enjoying the first couple of issues of this book.
The Flash #3 - again I wasn't too much of a fan before but this has been really good so far.
The Sixth Gun #17 - Love this book. One of my favorites.
Superman #3 - Interesting read so far.
Teen Titans #3 - I'm digging they way this is going.
Wolverine and the X-Men - Really enjoyed the first issue, and if it keeps up I'll keep reading it.

Wow...it's an almost all Image week for me...if Comixology is right.

Infinite Horizon #6 (glad to see this finally come out, going to have to find the other issues in my bins and reread it all)

I recently finished vol 1 and 2 of Maus. If you haven't read it, you really should. Below, is one of the pages that struck me most..... especially as a parent.

I've read a few of the DC #3 issues.

Aquaman was excellent. The art was beautiful and we got a bit of back story and set up in this one.

Swamp Thing - I really enjoyed this issue and you couldn't really tell that Paquette didn't do the whole issue. However, I can't remember much of #2 so I don't really remember the chick. All I remember from issue #2 is tons of dialogue for 2/3 of the book.

Wonder Woman - This issue was ok. Art is fantastic. The story..... I had a hard time telling what was in the present and what was in the past (if anything was). I also didn't remember anything from issue #2.

DC, can we please get a friggin recap page? Right now, I don't mind going back and reading earlier issues to remember what is going on..... because there is only 3 issues out. But as the series go on, these are the books I will drop as I can't remember the goings-ons from issue to issue and there's no recap page to remind me.

I'm waiting for notification my olcs has sent my most recent order today and am cancelling all subs. I'm out til at least summer. I'm not feeling comics right now. I'll be looking to you guys for suggestions when i return.
