I always find it interesting to look at sales of a particular title to see how it's doing in the grand scheme of things. Haunt, unfortunately, has been on a downward trend since the beginning (which is probably pretty standard as a title establishes a core group of readers). Hopefully Casey and Fox buck that trend, and we start to see sales improve.

Yikes! The drop from #1 to #2 was a doozy eh?

I hope things can turn around, or at least stabalise. Im liking the new direction thus far, it just seems that the book has done little to attract new readers whilst at the same time losing existing fans who disliked the changes.

I've been liking what casey and fox have been doing with the book. I recently picked up the 2nd trade because of capullo on batman.

I have to agree. Casey and Fox have been making HAUNT their own and I'm excited to read more. Really looking foward learning more about Purgatory and what Still Harvey Tubman has up his sleeves.

Well i just picked up issues 18, 19 and 21-25 and i must say after reading issues 19, im already in love with this new team. Kind of wish they were with the book from the beginning. But hopefully sales even out and they can have a long healthy run

Wow!

Lousy dang Numbers up there...

I'm in the process of buying it. It's only at 20 something... it's funny the way this comic book has 'presented' itself. I like that Hardcover that has the first 12, but the thing is you can still get some deals on the issues.

Haunt looks to be a 'slow dragger' something that Mr. McFarlane et al, are not used to. But, you know, you can only ignore 'these guys' at your own peril. I was hoping to not need it... but it came... so I went...

Todd did mention that Spawn should take on Haunt. But I think The Hulk would be a better 'cross over'...

If Marvel can get its 'head out of its ass' someday.

It's not all about Weedon and that so-so movie. Don't forget that The Hulk is an Defender. It was the Avengers Versus the Defenders. Weedon was like 3 years old in 1974... if you know what I mean. I don't like kissing some guys ass in this area!

So how have the sales been since the new creative team came in?

I dropped it after issue 21.

I just updated the first post. It's not good. Losing on average 5% of readers with each issue.
