It's great to see another issue of Invincible.

There are distinct touches that I find very familiar from this series' history (or Kirkman's writing style) like Allen'a confession, Thragg's mental struggle, and the debates between characters.

This was nice to see.

I'd like preferred to have seen more of moments like Nolan's internal/external struggle instead of the extended, fluffier moments like Terra reaction to the costumes.

This pacing feels rushed and relaxed, at the same time - to me, anyway.

Great to have it back to a regular schedule. Enjoyed it a lot. Not much setup which is good, now the fun can really begin.

Am I misreading things or did Thragg desperately he want to kill the twin girl. Theories as to why?
Because of the weakness she was showing?

Absolutely. On Viltrum, his focus was his people and not rearing children. He was presented with the opportunity to return Viltrum to its former glory, but he did not know the full implications of it. Now, he is being affected by the same "cancer" that has inflicted the other Vs. The Scourge virus destroyed Viltrum and its way of life, but the familial relations will do more damage than the Scourge virus ever could.

Hi guys!! I just bought a copy of the comic yesterday. It was a good issue. I liked the opening scene. (The hook) The evil father finding his daughter in a cave reminded me of how the scenery was when Luke Skywalker found Yoda in Star Wars. But this had more darkness to it, and a subplot more than a hook.

My 'hooks' first pages always come out the best. Oh, and the colorist colored that hook excellently. We can all see that this comic is gelling artistically.

I haven't seen a comic so well made since the 2nd appearance of Gambit by Homage Studios in X-Men comics. Now, I'm remembering panels from comics again!! I thought that was lost in the 90s!! Maybe because Image Comics forced Marvel to keep up with them!! Lol :D
