Fuckin' awesome. Can't wait for more Witchdoctor. I really hope this gets picked up as a regular series or at least another mini real soon.

They announced at SDCC that there will definitely be a 2nd mini in 2012.

As tempted as I am, I will not read that preview. I suspect that this might be the last new Witch Doctor we'll see for a while so I want to preserve it for NWDD (New Witch Doctor Day). Spelling that out defeated the purpose of acronym-ing it, but oh well.

...or will we see another one-shot or mini before too long into 2012? Brandon?? :twisted:

Honestly, I can't yet predict when the second miniseries will start. At this point, the earliest we could solicit it would be April, and I don't see that happening. It's probably going to be late spring/early summer instead — it better not be any later in the year than that.

The idea with THE RESUSCITATION was to pad the gap in the schedule between the first and second minis. Then the first mini got behind schedule, and issue #4 didn't come out till November, and THE RESUSCITATION was already scheduled for December, and we weren't far enough ahead to solicit the second mini. There hasn't been any discussion about doing another one-shot before the second mini, but it might be a good idea and I may bring it up.
