Witch Doctor has a perfect blend of horror, comedy and action. Anyone who could enjoy horror comedy should love the shit out of this title. This belongs up there with the likes of the Evil Dead franchise and Shaun of the Dead.

See Evil Dead I liked, Shawn of the Dead, not so much. Im not saying Witch Doctor isn't done well, I just couldn't dig it. A demon fighting doctor just didn't tickle me in the right places I guess. I might still give the new one a try though.

Well, Witch Doctor is it's own very unique thing, but it has more in common in terms of theme and plot with Evil Dead rather than Shaun of the Dead. I just name dropped both of those films along with Witch Doctor as examples of what I feel are the best horror comedies.

oh man. I read issue 0 on comixology and loved it.

Managed to find the first trade at my LCS. Damn good.. bring on the second series!
