So yeah, I've been basically lurking around the message board for the past few weeks and not posting. Basically because I get quiet if someone really annoys me. And it takes a special someone to be able to do that on a message board.

Anyways, lo and behold the site is all brand new. So I thought I'd re-register and randomly post again.

Looks like you are able to block people that annoy you now. I just noticed that there is a tab on the control panel labeled "Friends and Foes"
the tab states:
"Foes are users which will be ignored by default. Posts by these users will not be fully visible. Personal messages from foes are still permitted. Please note that you cannot ignore moderators or administrators."

I've only been lurking for a few months, but I can totally understand why you'd find Darin Wagner's posts annoying. He's got this, "I'm right, no matter how ridiculous. And yer wrong, no matter how much you make sense" attitude.
