Another really good issue guys. I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get a little more closer on LDB and Jazz's status but it was actually a pretty realistic portrayal - that's probably what I would have ended up doing too, chicking out on talking about the situation and just brooding. Poor LDB, he ended the last issue with a smile on his face but this issue brings him a bunch more problems to deal with. Glad we're going to get issue 9 soon.

Was Om Nom Nom a reference to Cut the Rope? I feel a little like LDB sometimes, and even more seeing him turning off the faucets with a paper towel. I bet he opened the bathroom door with one, too (unless he was able to open it with his foot).

Confrontation isn't LDB's strong suit. I, personally, think him standing up and saying he's gotta get some sleep was a huge step, because he initiated the parting.

Om Nom Nom was just a general usage. And LDB shows proper hand washing technique in the book. And if the door was pull to open, you can guarantee he opened it with the paper towel. Yay for proper hygiene!

For a brief second, I thought that was an amazing visual joke. We see Om Nom Nom next to LDB, and then when we pull back to the shot of both LDB and Drew, the Nom Noms were all over the wall. I thought it was graffiti! But, then I realized that it was too nice a place to have graffiti on the walls, and that they were just simul-eating.

I really hate when girls who just want to be friends break off my door handles. :shock:

Oh, man! That Graffiti idea would have been great. Wish I had thought of it.
