I think Robert Plant had a song called "Hip to Ahrooooooooooooo."

I originally skipped pre-ordering the book because Peter Pan is not my thing. Also, although I liked the art in the preview pages, I didn't care for the coloring and that was the deciding factor in not pre-ordering and waiting to see the vibe on the book after it dropped. After the positive word on it, I decided to get it.

The coloring in hand was actually very nice. I was very much into the story as I read the book. The only complaint, as noted earlier and also on ifanboy is the abrupt stop seemed weird. It needed a cliffhanger. If not a cliffhanger, then even a "continued" could've helped. Other than that, this was pretty much a perfect first issue. I will be picking up the next one for sure. These covers are pretty awesome too.

Finally got my copy of issue #1!! Outstanding!! I love the art style and story is shaping up to be really good.

Hadn't had a chance to go to the LCS in like 3 weeks! Not my fault.

My wife called while she was there picking up my books and read off the list to me. I said...one more Peter Panzerfaust is supposed to be there.

Hands the phone back to my wife. I thank her, then sit at work for 3 more hours until I can go home and read the stack of 15 books I had.

But I got the first print of issue #1. And I did a happy dance.
