Well I do love Aesop Rock. And the second thing posted, first song going, immediate thought, Yeah that is definitely Metroid. I don't really like the industrial sound, sounds like Stabbing Westward. Which some people love. Further in, some rapping, mediocre. Eh.

You like hip/hop primarily?

Yeah... The Metroid band is my cousins new band. I dont really like it, but I wanted to see what others thought. I am primarily a Hip Hop Head. Been making music since 89.

wesofthedead is a bassist in a band also. There are a couple musicians and just some very knowledgeable music lovers here. When everyone gets here and gets situated this thread will be an assortment of new music.
