What are all the covers that will be available on day one, and are there ratios or special outlets (like Larry's or Graham Crackers)?

Hi Ras,
There's only 2 covers for issue one. The green mini-skirt cover in the Variety article is the regular Image cover and the bra and panties cover is a special variant for Larry's comics store.
