I just can't get excited for this Avengers flick. My interest in super hero flicks has been stuck in the mud since I tried to watch Thor and stopped it about 20 minutes in... still haven't watched Captain America.

I still hold out hope for The Dark Knight Rises and X-Men: First Class II though.

I was kinda disappointed by Thor as well. Cap America was alright though.
But I really did Love the Iron Man movies!
And the new Hulk look really awesome to me ...
Avengers Assemble !

Dark Knight Rises I def wanna watch. X-Men: First Class II is gonna suck if its anything like the 1st 1st class though...

I agree and disagree with you on points... I thought Iron Man was terrific and Iron Man 2 was entertaining, but not great in my opinion. I know I'm offending your avatar, but anything with The Hulk bores me to tears (he's just not a very interesting character to me). Even though the continuity and characters were messed with, I really liked X-Men: First Class - I thought it was the best of all the X-Men films. Michael Fassbender as Magneto was a total badass in that movie, as good as Hugh Jackman when he first portrayed Wolverine. Comic film sequels are usually inferior to the original though, with the exception of The Dark Knight, Superman II (1980) and Spider-Man 2 (Sam Raimi).

Michael Fassbender as Magneto was perfect... but I still think Jackman is a horrible Wolverine

Why? Looks, acting or both?

Jackman was a great Wolverine, IMO.

Both... I dont think he is a bad actor, but I just never really accepted his Wolverine. I like the movies and just tolerate him.
And he is MUCH to tall for Wolverine... Im know its probably not easy to find a 5 foot 3 actor that can play the role, but one of the things that makes Wolverine such a badass is that he is so short. Jackman is WAY to tall

I agree with this statement 100%.
