I think all drugs should be legalized. It should still be illegal to use them in public but concealed transport should be allowed. Basically you should be able to legally buy drugs and take them home but not use them in public. It should also be illegal to operate machinery and if you hurt or kill someone while high you should get life in prison or the death penalty. So a responsible user would be o.k.
If you are throwing a party you would need to make sure nobody leaves high and you should make provisions for those people that will be getting high, (cabs, designated drivers, extra beds to sleep it off, etc).

Bars and private clubs would also be o.k. provided the people getting high had a safe way to get home.

The only one I want legalized is weed.

Edit: And honestly, I feel the politicians who push for other drugs to be made legal when fighting for marijuana legalization set us back. Most people are open to making nuggets legal, but the second they here you want to also legalize coke and heroin they tune you out. And I don't blame them.

i agree i think most drugs should deff be illegal, some are so fucked, if it was a normal thing so many more people would be doin it and we would be a country of even bigger retards and theives
